About

God first. Everything else squares up to that.

FLR designs, builds, owns, and runs the platforms our partners operate on. Before we are engineers, we are people who answer to someone.

Who we are

One founder, and the team he builds with

Grant Ratcliff founded FLR after putting AI to work inside enterprises and seeing what survived contact with a real operation. He started the company to build those systems properly, from the operation outward, and he still writes most of them.

Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and primary builder

Grant understands how businesses actually operate and where time and money leak. He translates messy real-world operations into systems that map to real business logic. He builds most of what ships, and he leads strategy, scoping, and partnership on every engagement.

Builder

Tyler helps build what our partners run on: custom CRMs and ERPs, system integrations, workflow automation, and the cloud infrastructure underneath. He works across the stack, and the systems he ships are built to hold as an operation grows.

Sales

Mark brings a process engineer's habit of mapping an operation before anyone writes a line of code. He leads sales and partnership, and makes sure what we propose fits the way a team already works.

What we hold

Our values

The first one orders the other three. We would rather lose the work than reorder them.

God first

We put God first and at the center of everything we do, by loving Him, serving others, and living for His glory.

Matthew 22:37-39 · Matthew 5:16 · Ephesians 2:8-10

The complexity is ours to carry

The systems worth building are tangled. Processes nobody wrote down, tools never meant to speak to each other, exceptions that live in one person's head. We take that on so you do not have to understand the system in order to run it.

Fix the constraint, not the symptom

A workaround moves a problem somewhere quieter. We go after the thing actually capping the operation, because a fix that only holds at today's volume is a fix you pay for again next year.

Growth that does not cost headcount

A system earns its keep when twice the work does not need twice the people. We build for real-time visibility, clean integrations, and the room to grow by an order of magnitude without a rewrite.

Why we do it

Our mission

We solve the systems problems that cap a company's growth, so it can scale tremendously rather than incrementally.

Operators rarely run short of ambition. They run short of a system that can carry it. Spreadsheets, manual handoffs, and tools that do not talk hold an operation together right up to the point where growth breaks it, and the harder the business pushes, the more of it breaks at once. We go after that ceiling: map the operation, find the constraint underneath it, and build one connected system around the way the work actually happens.

Then we keep it growing. We own and run the platform, and we share in the revenue it produces. Our upside only arrives if yours does, which is the whole reason we are still solving your hardest problems years after launch.

The first conversation costs an hour.

Not a proposal, not a scope, not a bill. Tell us how the operation runs today and where growth breaks, and we will tell you plainly whether your industry is still open.
